Last weekend I bought a Lenovo laptop.
I thought it was a bit small, but it has one of
today's best graphics cards [RTX 2080 super], five cores and the screen is
[Full HD 1920x1080 pixels]. Apparently, it is very good, but when the product
arrived it was broken by the screen, that was one of the problems it has. We
had opened and the screen still didn't work, why, I don't know. Apart from this
huge problem, it was that the company told me they couldn't do anything because
it wasn't their problem, it was a product problem. Now I had fixed it on my
own.
In my opinion, this company is not professional, they
should worry about these products that cost more than half a thousand and must
have insurance to protect the customer's product.
