Personal Biography – Mireia Viladot

Ever since I can remember, my aunt was a role model for me. She was the person that eliminates my rebellious character.

Since she was younger, she wanted to be a nurse. But, suddenly, she met a homeless with a lot of problems and she started to help him. She listened to him and they met every day to talk about how the day had gone. The next thing I knew is that she dropped out his career to start to study psychology. This was the beginning of his enormous talent to help people.

Meanwhile, I had a problem with my parents and that was beginning to affect myself. I was feeling alone and insecure. I didn’t have someone to talk since someone calls me. She was my aunt. She asked me if I was good and all of sudden I started to cry. We were talking over three hours about my situation and she improves my mood.

I’ll remember that day forever. That little gesture come to the aid of seeing things in a different way. In addition, she taught me to face the problems without affecting me personally.
