Product review - DANIEL PIQUÉ LEAL





Recently, specifically two weeks ago, I went to Media Markt and I bought an Iphone
11. I was incredibly excited about the fact that I was going to be the most advanced
technologically speaking among my group of friends.
Notwithstanding my initial impressions and the massive advertising campaign the
mobile had, as soon as I was going to turn on the phone, it couldn’t. Consequently, I
was deeply disappointed. Despite this rough situation, I decided to call the customer
service to find a solution. Not only I had to wait for an answer for 40 minutes straight,
on top of that, I had to talk with a machine instead of a real person. Could you
imagine?
Some may consider that what I should have done is return the item and buy another
phone from a different brand, but I was really enthusiastic about the features the
Iphone has. At the end, I got to talk to a worker from the company and he politely
suggested me to go again to the shop to exchange the defective product for a new one
without any extra charge.
Overall, I’m hugely satisfied with how everything turned out, because I have the last
release of the Iphone and the company treated me incredibly well. My Mom says that I
look like a kid in a candy shop.
